choose for yourself buyers. I'm not here to steel from anyone. If you want cheap ballasts and china made bulbs, I'll drop the GB price to $330. I'd you want digital ballasts and german made bulbs, $500 is the price you choose.

PS: I love it how some random poster can completly discredit a daily poster with one comment.

Discredit!
1) You stole photos to use for your own benefit, for which you likely do not pay taxes on the income generated from these forum sales and do not have a real business
2) Made in Germany bulbs, wow, really let's see the bill of lading from Germany. Can you also post up your UL certification please? You don't want to go here with us, you'll just embarass yourself.
3) Look around the web, look at our eBay and Google ratings, what is up with all that feedback?
4) It is steal, not steel, that is a metal, and yes, you stole. You stole from my company. Only reason I knew about it is because more than one person led us to you.

What model lamps are in the pictures you stole, you can't even answer this. Not one question to clear yourself have you answered yet.

I did not come here to push my company. I first PM'd you asking you if we knew each other to see if this was maybe a misunderstanding on your part. You ignored me for two days, so I publicly told you to remove the pictures and text that is not yours to use. End of story. Remove the pictures and text and go on ripping people off to your heart's content.

hey retro solution what is your ebay store, I need to pick up a few parts

I'm an aspired photographer and I really do hate those who take other pictures and even text. So much copyrighting online, that it saturates the market. it sucks...

also didn't notice your banner was a link also...hehe

I guess you didn't have any led strips huh rsx?

first of all I already have fx35 retro headlights. Looking to do minor minor stuff.

Second of all if fit of rage did steal the pics, all he had ask was to remove the pics and text, than remove them simple enough. I'm in the photograph community, and we're tired of all the people stealing someone's else work.

Third, yes I'll trust someone on ebay with almost 1,000 feedback over fitfreaks anytime.

Fourth looks like the post was just copied from here 9004 9007 HB1 HB5 Bixenon projector system, complete

Fifth I guess if you want to pay almost $200 more, feel free to

You're goign to trust someone from EBAY more than Fitfreak?? We all know how reliable Ebay is. You REALLY think that the quality between a $335 product will match the quality of a product that's $580?? Good luck!

I know Fit of RAGE. I've seen these projectors. I was there during the install. He's a licence techncian that manages a shop in downtown vancouver. Ask ANYONE who has ever delt with him, Felixy69, Guiness, AJR guys, sMatts....ANYONE. They'll vouch for him. The guys is awesome! he will NOT stand behind a product that he will not back up.

I was in on the first LED GB. He gave everyone an extra 12mm LED strip! EVERYONE!

On the second LED GB, one guy bought some LED strips JUST so the GB would go through. What did Fit of RAGE do? He paid for shipping!! would "retro solutions" do that?

Fit of RAGE, I'm on the GB list no matter what rsx-ct says. GO BACK TO RSX LAND!!!!

besides, why shoudl we be trusting him?? What credit does he have? He's just a random poster! He's just mad that he's realized that IF his stuff is just as good quality, he coudl sell for more.

Personally, i think rsx-ct should be banned for jacking Fit of RAGE's thread! All this guy is doing is trying to sell ppl his product. he may say he isn't but he is. why else would he have his banner as a link to his company??

We would not be here if someone did not steal our photos and text, plain and simple.
If FITofRags here is such a standup guy why didn't he just respond to us via PM so we didn't have to drag him out publicly?
He even admited to stealing the text off of Craig's list, either way he did not have permission to use the text or photos but did so anyways.

We have provided our proof, and we have plenty more of it, all he has to do is remove all the pictures and text that do not belong to him.

I still don't' understand how this PM was supposed to be a "warning"

He sent me that PM 2 days ago, now he's come out onto the forum saying that I'm a "loser" copying another "loser" Saying that i've copywritten his info.

I was asking him earlier if he sold the 3.5" projector housings and used your GB page as a reference. needless to say that this was not the reaction I expected from him.

I deeply regret ever showing him your GB page and I hope he does not succeed in causing any serious problems for your GB.
How is he any better?

Anyone can take pics, put them on photoshop, and make them their own. Honestly, i don't know where my supplier got them. If he took them from you, my bad. I thought that he took them. Am i wrong from assuming that? He's had these pics for 2 years now. His family owns the company that makes the projector kits.

Fine, you want the pics down? I'll take them down. If EVERYONE thinks that I'm some guy that just trying to take advantage of everyone, then fine. You guys can think that. I know that i'm not. ask ANYONE in the GVRD area and they'll vouch for me.

If it will make everyone happy, Ill take the pics down. I've got these installed in my car so i'll just grab pics of that.

HOWEVER, i WILL NOT take the text down.

Listen, I don't know fitofrage personally, nor do I know you, however, if he got permission from another "business" to use the pictures, then you should go to the other business and not him. After all, the other business and not him is the one who stole your pictures. Get what I am saying? I'm not into bullshit, I love this forum, keep the bullshit out of here please. Use Pm's, same product you have, please keep away from this webpage.

FITofRAGE!!! Keep doing your business bro... more power to you, you have support from a lot of us.

If you read I said I needed accessories...you know like angel eyes and led strips.

I don't know this guy personally, but I have been in the game enough and have heard of the website. Anywho, contrary to what people think, no you don't have to have a copyright logo or your name in big ass letters to claim, it's your picture. That is a fact. Only reason, I'm really standing up for this company is well it's a legit company, and looks like it's the same kit that is selling like $180 less than the GB? I'd been in GB, where the starter is trying to make a bit of money and take advantage of the buyers. I don't mind a little to accomodate for the labor in putting it together, but the price difference here is well not fair to the buyers.

If you claim it's a better brand, take pictures of the product for the buyer to see, since you had it sent to you already right? That would clear up everything if it's a better product than if RS is claiming you to have.

If the product is that great why not offer better than a one year warranty like we do on our new DIGITAL line, or at least try to offer competitve pricing?

The copyright is on the web site, these were posted as proof that the photos are ours and stolen.

Here's the first thing: regardless of who did what, FitofRage was using unauthorized pictures - doesn't matter if they were from someone ELSE who was misusing them - and now they are taken down. That's one thing cleared up.

Here's the 2nd thing: according to rsx-ct/retro-solutions, the DIGITAL branded HID ballasts are owned and only sold from retro-solutions. Rsx-ct is saying that if only his company deals with the said DIGITAL brand ballasts, why is FitofRage selling his ballasts as DIGITAL when it could be a different brand, albeit digital in fuction? I don't know if FitofRage has actual DIGITAL brand ballasts, but hopefully I'm not the only one who understands the difference here. Unless FitofRage can prove that the ballasts he is selling are from DIGITAL, that text should be assumed false despite his best intentions regarding selling the product. By the way, retro-solutions offers a lifetime warranty on their DIGITAL products - why would they be listed as 12-month warranty in the OP text if they were really the same DIGITAL brand? Just a thought.

DIGITAL does not equal digital.

Distinctive Element seems to be rather cooperative at first contact about removing the photos, but also said they were not aware of anyone reselling product with pictures and text from their site(s)....

BULL! i know the owner personally. He knows that I'm selling them.

Look, if anyone wants to talk to me personally, PM me and we'll talk!

Look. YOUR pics are OFF! What else do you want? I've told you, i don't know where DE got the pics. Regardless, they're off and my own pics are up. (unless you want to claim that they are yours too)

Deal with them, if they're using your pics!

PS: I AM NOT ADMITTING TO THE COPY WRITING. I AM SIMPLY TRYING TO CLEAR UP THE THREAD.
