Deal with them, if they're using your pics!

Fit of RAGE, I'm on the GB list no matter what rsx-ct says. GO BACK TO RSX LAND!!!!

besides, why should we be trusting him?? What credit does he have? He's just a random poster! He's just mad that he's realized that IF his stuff is just as good quality, he could sell for more.

Personally, i think rsx-ct should be banned for jacking Fit of RAGE's thread! All this guy is doing is trying to sell ppl his product. he may say he isn't but he is. why else would he have his banner as a link to his company?
Take a deep breath and try to relax.

Methinks that the RS (in RSX) stands for RetroSolutions and the ct stands for Connecticut. (Where is RSX land anywho?)

AND, if its the same product, why pay more?

The facts are that he is very well business mannered, and keeps his commitments!

He charges less, too.

Question is...

Why are you all mad over this?

Just vouching or more involved?

I take it that the keys did NOT work?!

I get that all the time, but I'm not just a simple key-cutting loxmyth.

I'm strictly mobile and it would cost someone $95.00 for me to come to them to make a key!

GOT GD-3 YET? : )

You are absolutely right, there is nothing wrong with those pictures, those are not our property and not the one we had a problem with.

Fit of Rage...These pictures are for you.

I already got mine.

These are RSX-CT 's product found at Projector Optics .

Check these to see if you, Fit of Rage, could be saving money!

Check it out to see if they're similar.

Disclaimer: I AM IN NO WAY ASSOCIATED WITH EITHER PARTY OF THIS MATTER.

I HAVE NO INTEREST IN IF ANYONE BUYS ANY PRODUCT, JUST AS I HAVE SAID BEFORE CONCERNING THE FABLED TRI-PHASE MODULE.

Simply for your viewing pleasure...

I don't know if FitofRage has actual DIGITAL brand ballasts, but hopefully I'm not the only one who understands the difference here.
Actually, what i meant by "digital" is that I'm using DIGITAL technology ballasts. Digital ballasts using IC chips. The Slim ballasts are using DSP processors. "DIGITAL" brand ballasts have nothing to do with me. I"m using "White Sight" brand ballasts.

I don't know what the issue is, we have posted one of the original photos copied from our site and provided another previously unpublished photo proving they all came from us, how is that NOT proof? How is it our brand name ends up in the description for another product? Where is the contradiction to the proof?

He may be a really nice guy, willing to help people out and support community, but he can't use our material without permission. It really does not matter were it comes from. The point is unless he specifically owns it he should not be putting it up on the internet to make money off of it, that is taking a free ride on us. Argueing with us about as if he was completely in the right in using our property was the incorrect course of action. He should first removed everything and then discussed the issue with us directly. I mean really, how difficult is it to take your own product pictures and write an accurate description?

Suggestion for you
:

If this matter is as clear cut as you maintain, why not just sue him for copyright infringement? This is done successfully all the time.

After review of everything that has been posted by all parties involved, my perspective is this:

I do not see one photo being used at this time, that can be found on the website of Retro-Solutions.

Furthermore, every photo that I see being posted at this time, is of Fit of Rage's personally owned Honda Fit and HIS installation and modification of HIS HID headlights.

So far, I have not seen any concrete proof that Fit of Rage is committing fraud or deceit.

In light of the preceding facts, until irrefutable evidence can be provided by anyone that Fit of Rage is involved in copyright infringement, fraud, or theft of property, his group buy and other threads concerning HID headlights will be allowed to remain intact.

In the future, before any accusations are to be made in this public forum, contact myself or a member of admin, to provide with us copies of any and all documentation that has filed in a court of law. If an court ordered injunction, civil lawsuit that has already been filed with the county court clerks office, or criminal indictment can be provided to the admin of FitFreak.Net, then the admin team will review such documents and make a decision based on their voracity.

Until such time, anyone, and I mean anyone, who comes on this site and smears a member's character, without substantial verifiable documentation, will be permanantly removed from this forum

Have a nice day,

Jason
