last time i checked that kit is not released to the public. i cant remember who made it but it has been posted here before.

its like the fit rally edition or something... reminds me of a lancer front bumper

 

it was a floor model for an expo or two, its the honda fit sport extreme concept.

never went into production and of course the model itself was crushed shortly after.
unfortunately to date no one has produced a rear diffuser or front end similar to that concept.
btw there are numerous threads of this topic.
