and in the last pic is that the clear is is wore down? is the spoiler itself separating? I have heard that spoon spoilers sometimes split.

 

don't think its worn down or separating. its looks to me its the bend that makes that kind of crease.

Bump for more pictures. Looks like the edge is where they decided to mate the two sheets of CF so its seems kinda silly to put it right at the end of the spoiler and not on the back side of it but the pictures so the 'seam' very well.

Also for hardware all you would need is to remove the 3m double sided tape and apply more to secure the spoiler to the hatch. very simple procedure. The nuts is the only other hardware and those are included.
