Does anybody know forsure if this header is street legal and if not does it have any propblems when you try to pass smog or does it make you have any emission problems or affect the motor in the long run. I would like to know becuz the more I look at it I am more and more interested in trying it out on my 2008 fit. Can somebody please chime in and help me out.

aftermarket parts were cheaper for the gd before warranties started expiring and owners became more willing to modify their cars. $250 for a bnib aspec header is a good price if it comes with all the mounting hardware and new gasket(s)!
@ChrisLe69, how about exercising some forum etiquette? shitting on a seller's thread is really rude
@Crazydk, as long as you've still got your cat' and are using all the oem emissions equipment then you'll pass. the header is tucked away near the firewall so visual inspection is almost guaranteed.
