There are replicas of both parts available on Ebay if getting replicas does not offend you.

 

If you want them new there're plenty of places to get them. Used will be tough especially on the lip as not to many people have it due to the price.

Rep and real are very close in term of fitment. You would have a hard time telling but the real deal do have better fitment. Is that worth it? Up to you.
You can tell the grill is real since it come with the grill mesh and metal clips on the back of the grill to hold the mesh. The lip is easy as the J's logo is embedded in the back of it and there're no rep. of the cf version.
Grill mounted with double sided tape and 4 screws(real one come with them and fake you get your own) on the top. Lip is mounted with double sided tape and bunch of nuts/bolts. If you've the Fit sport the J's lip will use the front lip mounting holes. If you've the base then you will need to drill holes.

I've the real grill and lip on my fit just look at my sig. My wing should be here soon and all ordered through Kylerwho.

 

I have reps of both look at mine. For me the fakes fit perfect and much cheaper. I do need to figure a way to put some mesh on my grill one day. But for now i think it looks great. I'm about to spray the fog lights yellow i think for more pop
