I just traded in my 2009 Fit and I am selling a set of 18x7.5 Drag multispoke wheels on a set of Falken Ziex 215/35-18 tires. They're in outstanding condition and I only used them 6 months out of the year. Tread life is approximately 80%. They also come with custom Honda centercaps and a set of lugnuts. I will need to check my photobucket album. 18s were not a problem at all but then again, I did not have the car lowered. I had the Storm Silver and they looked awesome against silver but would look great on any light colored car IMHO.

I checked my computer and i don't have any pics on the car but my wife also has an '09 Fit in Tidewater Blue. I'll put two on one side and post a few pics tomorrow. I guarantee you'll like them.

Not at all. I still averaged 36-38 mpg. I will get two mounted on my wife's car when I get home from the office and get them posted tonight.

I'm no suspension expert but I have had no rubbing issues on these 18s with a 2009 on a stock suspension. I can make no guarantees for a 2008 but there should be no difference. I cannot verify if there would be rubbing issues if your car is lowered but these are low profile tires so you should be safe.
