Yes you need to already have the base kit on your fit to install this.

Do you still have the pre paid mail in box and paper work to send the ECU into Hondata for the reflash?? even if you don't with the purchase of a Flashpro at the price you're selling it for It's a fantastic deal.... Hootie needs to pick up on this... The one bad thing about this kit is the amount of money you'll be spending on replacing tires... People in more powerful cars that came stock with turbochargers or V8s will hate you too... I have had way to much fun too care about the cost of tires or the haters.
