I'm looking for a set of retrofit HID headlights for my GD3. Preferably bi-xenon.

You could always just find a reputable place in your area that does retrofit jobs so you only have to deal with some labor and parts. Most importantly it'll be to your personal tastes rather than someone else's tastes. Like for instance mine are a gunmetal painted housing which I love.
