Body rubbing on wheels

I have an 08 fit with 18" rims on it and everytime I have one person in the back or hit a big bump the body comes down and rubs on the tires. I cannot for the life of me find anything that I can install that will keep the fit from absorbing any shock in the rear so that I can actually have passengers in my car and not burn a hole in the side of my tires. What should I be looking for or searching for?

Coilovers with extremely high spring rates, or get smaller wheels. 18's are too big for the GD and without stiff suspension it will rub.

When you say the body is rubbing, do you mean it is rubbing the fenders? or inside behind the wheel?

higher spring rates or smaller rims

you can also flare the rear or get thinner tires. I'm running 205 on 18"
