I have a brand new Remington 700 SPS 30-06 with a Leupold scope. Its already sited in for 200 yrds w/ less than 15 rounds through it.

guh, ITB's...

 

I so wanted ITB setup on my s2k. I loved the boost but man with ITB that engine sounds just simply A-mazing.

 

it is possible to run boost and ITBs.

 

In theory yes but tuning it would be almost impossible.

You can run the ITB set up with an enclosure around the stacks which could in theory run to your snail/blower. The tuning nightmare would come in the form of fuel delivery and where less/more is needed. Add on top of that the need to retard timing for boost. The car would almost always be critically lean.

 

tuning is always a nightmare. Can it be done? sure. Is it feasible for anyone here's pocketbook? No.

 

Kyler, you should bring the car to the meet when you are done. i would love to hear the ITBs.

i will be in san fransisco the 14-18th..... why you have a civic guy installing your header?

 

He's got a shop and I've not dropped a subframe before. Everything I have done has been from the top.
