T-rated vs. H-rated tires of 97 accord (Goodyear Assurance Comfortred - bad ride)

About 10,000 miles ago I replaced my tires with a set of Goodyear
Assurance Comfortred tires, which received rave reviews from Accord
owners and others on Tirerack.com and USENET. The salesman also
promoted the tire. The ride wasn't that great after I had them
installed, although they were quiet. Over time, the ride has gotten
more floaty and harsher and the ride seems oversensitive to different
levels of pressure, and the ride certainly gets worse as the tires heat
up. I often feel like I am driving a go-cart and buick at the same
time. I took the vehicle to my mechanic to have my suspension checked
out. Everything was fine. He did however notice that the tires put on
my car were T-rated, where Honda recommends an H-rating. He pointed out
that t-rated tires have software sidewalls and may not work well with
an Accord suspension geometry. It is not clear from the tire rack
website, if the Comfortreds come available in a H-rated compatable
size. Can a T-rated tire cause a floaty and harsh ride in an Gen-4
Accord?
Thanks
