I love the fitfreak site and think its a great resource.But recently I had the misfortune to respond to a classified ad for a foglamp placed by a member Daviddahlb.He sent me the wrong lamp and I have waited impatiently for 2 months for the right lamp to arrive.I filed a claim thru paypal for the funds transfered thru their service.And the member David Dahlberg sent paypal the tracking # of the original shipment as proof I had recieved the item I was promised.Their claims dept took that as proof and detered from extracting the funds from Dahlberg's account.Be that as it may I warn others that do casual transaction thru this site that there are unethical members among us,and also That in my pleas to Kai wang at fitfreak customer service,I was basically unassisted. Eventually upon complaint Paypal has agreed to reimburse me for the funds and David Dahlbergs account there has been noted that a claim has been filed against him.I can't for the life of me see why anyone would want to transact in such a manner and risk their reputation and good standing,But it takes all kinds and in this final post I leave this matter to the past. that sucks considering i've personally bought stuff from david here in socal and he's a really great guy. sucks that u had a minor problem.

 

I am happy that you have something good to say about this guy,Thats what an open forum should be about.The lack of communication was minor,the inability to accept his responsibity to complete the deal was annoying.true.But when he lied visa vie the correct lamp being delivered,to paypal?That in my book is not minor,but ok I've had my say ....the thing is in the past.
