susanlynn,
I bought my tint kit off ebay for 35$ and did all but the front big and rear view windows in less than 45 mins with a bottle of water with some baby shampoo and a soft window squeezee
the rear view window needs to be heat shrunk a bit around the curved edges, watch youtube vids on it and you can tackle it too, I bought my heat gun from harborfreight for 7.99 on sale with coupon.

In a hurry up and wait mode. Placed an order for a couple more J's pieces. First was the 50RS exhaust in Titanium, the mid-pipe and canister sections. Later on will get the front pipe to eliminate the 2nd cat and lose the additional 6lbs or so. And ordered the harness bar that attaches where the rear seats bolt into the chassis. Not sure how long it will be before the exhaust arrives to me, but the chassis bar should be next weekend or so I was told by J's.

After apply coat #11 to the car, I did this, cleaned up the engine bay a bit more IMO and I've got something else on order too, once I get that, I'll post it here.
I've had several cars over the years and have removed the insulator w/o a problem and don't expect one with this car either. It really cleans things up in there

I like the "kleen" look Klasse, and I'm wondering why they put it in there in the first place. Most likely sound deadening??? Certainly isn't for temp control.
Reminds me of a Saturday morning in 1964 and I'm sitting shot-gun in the front of my buddies '57 Chevy, just passing time in front of the drugstore watching traffic going by. Looking out over the hood, I think it was Joey who noticed the black paint changing colors... then start bubbling. We jumped out and he popped the hood and lost his eyebrows!! Joey was running without his air cleaner and the carb was flaming. Would you believe had-fulls of dirt was all we could muster up.
Those were the days.

KC... I had the same thing happen to a Studebaker Lark VII..... I removed the insulation from under my hood to install hood louvers and cool things down to lower air intake temperature and prolong the life of the wires, battery, hoses and belt.

Cleaned out all the stuff, including the stock exhaust, that has been in the back for 2 weeks. Vacuumed. Washed the outside. Preppin for road trip. LOOKING CLEAN.
edit: oh and my Tanabe Medallion is starting to bronze a little on the tip. Looks purty
