How low can you go on the GC sleeves? I have used Ground Control on a few cars in the past and loved them.

OP sorry to thread jack... thanks for the heads up on the RSRs..
just basically a spring replacement with adjustable height
these arent the fit ones.. but it'll give u an idea..
they can go pretty low... though not as low as D2s..
as of right now i dropped it a good 2+ inches (dont know the exact drop, but i can go out and measure from the center of the wheel to the fender if u'd like)... i can still go about .75" more in the front and .5" in the rear...
now i just wish koni came out with their yellows or something like them for the GE... if someone is thinking about GC sleeves for the purpose of getting SLAMMED, i'd just lower the spring rates a bit... the spring heights im using are the recommended min...
the springs im using are
front: 6.6kg/mm (375lbs/in) - 2.5" width - 6" height
rear: 3.2kg/mm (175lbs/in) - 2.5" width - 8" height
note: my sig needs to be updated... that was stock height...

wtf....$600 and that's the sale price?
Reason why I'm getting springs is the relatively cheap price to give me a drop in my ride height. If you're going to spend more then $400 then you might as well save up and get a coilovers when you have the money.

i was initially thinking about the gc too because my previous set up for my scion tc was the gc and the koni yellows. the drop wasn't as low as i wanted to be so i wanted to try something else.
are you riding ur gc with oem shocks?

as per the drop... personally, i've only seen 2 GEs with coilovers, RSR coilovers on Dave's (JDM_DOHC_SiR) and D2 coilovers on Note's (ghettoboy247)... the GCs can reach Dave's height, but im not sure if he's totally dropped... and D2s are known to get LOW... i doubt GCs can hit Notes lowest setting...
as said before, you can get custom spring rates from GC... so u can always get softer rates if you want it dropped more...
for example: (using standard curb weight and weight ratio)
as of right now i have 375lb/in front, the softest spring they offer in 6" height is 300lbs/in... this will drop it about 0.5" more then i can go...
175lb/in rear, softest they offer in 8" is 150lbs/in... which will drop it a little less then 0.5" then i can go

nah.. i might be wrong.. but i believe they reduced the rear rates in the GEs... for more comfort... hence why they added the rear sway.. improves handling without having to sacrifice comfort
most aftermarket companies (2/3 companies) make GE springs have stiffer rates up front... there's a GD spring comparison somewhere on the board that shows stiffer rates in the rear for most of the springs...
https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/223264-post39.html
as for GE rates...
rhdjapan shows
RSR downs as 2.4kg/mm front, 2.32kg/mm rear
typeoneracing.com shows
T1R S-coil as 2.9kg/mm front, 2.5kg/mm rear
tanabe is the only company (that i know of) that has higher rear rates in both their df and nf...
*edit*
imagine the extreme, a WAY stiffer spring rate in the rear, because the weight of the car hasnt changed, the spring would compress less... so you'd have to go shorter... but if you go TOO short/stiff, it'll be like just having a short metal tube instead of a spring.. and a bump can make the spring lift up from the bottom perch, which can be dangerous if it falls out of the position... you probably can do this with a stiff damper... but as of now there are none really available for the GEs...
so you want a long spring with a soft spring rate in the rear to keep it compressed and keep the ends in their perches...
sorry for the novel

might as well be a good time if any... tell you what... i'm gonna drop it as low as it can go and give u the measurements... and if i can find my digital camera i'll take pics...
i've been kinda wondering how low it can go as well... but i like knowing im high enough not to scrape things while i drive... so its not totally dropped
i'll get back to you when i do this... maybe tomorrow
and, just fyi, the tires on my wheels are too small (205/50R15).. so i will eventually get a higher profile tire (stock diameter size would be 205/65R15)... but as of now... the tread is still useable so gonna wait till tires wear out...
