Strut bars are NOT anti-sway bars. They are useless. The Progress rear anti-sway bar will make more positive difference in you GD3 than anything else you can possibly do to your suspension. The bar will have no negative effects in the winter, but lowering springs will. READ the hundreds of reviews on the Progress bar.
