They are saying they need people to fill certain roles to go ahead with the Calgary events right now.
I think they want to run 5 events here in Calgary, if you guys have any time to volunteer it might go a long way to helping our cause.
I know I am not really planning to drive all the way out to Lethbridge, would be nice if the Calgary stuff comes through.

I am considering capping the entry to our event this year esp. in Calgary for better control of the events. Therefore volunteers with a dedicated position will always have a spot reserved for them. I think that at the very least fair to the helpers. Less people => more runs too.  |
Last time I volunteered I helped out with the safety tech inspections, I also spent a few minutes afterwards helping clean up the cones. Is pretty simple stuff, but it goes a long way to helping get the events setup and started, plus you get to know some of the more experienced guys while you are at it.
