Try 40psi, I'm sorry I don't know how the scan guage work . Anyways, try accelerating slowly and shifting before 2500rpm or shift at 2000rpm. Watch the traffic ahead of you and if you know that the light is turning red, put your car to neutral and let it roll to a stop.
