how many times did you replace the shocks on the 97 accord?
and how many miles have it been since? dont tell me 100K miles. LOL :D

tire size will also affect how the tires will expand with the
increased air pressure inside from heat buildup while driving.
plus low-end tires are all very inconsistent with the ratings imho.

perhaps something to try is nitrogen as it is extremely stable
under temp changes.
