I would slam it but if i was going to do it id prolly do tge whole thing and not just the springs. Ive heard horror stories of people lowering it with stock shocks and destroying them pretty quick bec of it being lower. Also for some reason my fit is riding real rough lately. I lowered the air presure and its still hella rough. I dont know wat it could b. Does anyone have this same problem?

I was thinking of painting my stockers flat black and I think you might have convinced me... Flat Black (black center cap with red H) and my friend could put red vinyl on the brim Hmm maybe I have something here.

What type of paint did you use, and did you pull the tires off or just tape everything up real nice?

i used rust-oleum high performance wheel paint, you can get it at autozone and kragen, i washed them really good, wet sanded them, used emory cloth all over, i just stuck index cards around the rim and the wheel, you have to deflate the tire before hand, and i pretty much sprayed them, the nice thing about that paint is that it completely dries in 30 mins, i primered them, waited 30, painted them, waited 30, then i clear coated them, all three paints were the same brand, the primer was the only not wheel paint but the clear and the wheel paint was, but primer doesnt matter. i hope that this helps. it came out amazing! Also it only took one and a half days to complete. You could prolly do the whole thing in one day but i didnt want to rush it.

I messed up my hubcaps by minor close corner turns and bumpers. so I don't know where to get cheap Honda Fit hubcaps (for 4 sets) that is.

I want to paint it black-ish with gunmetal shadowing, I guess.

Did you use stickers for your center caps? I did that to my old OEM's a while back. Why didn't you color match the center caps to the rims?

yep i used stickers to cover the black H, i didnt paint them because i kinda think they look more professional when you dont have everything painted, plus the lugs are chrome and with the center cap i think it equals out to the way the car looks and the flow of the car, i was debating this when i was painting them so i just left them, i can always do it later anytime i want but i think it looks perfect now

some people say that but ya i was sick and tired of seeing all the fits around town looking the same as mine so i figured id go with a meaner more aggressive look that doesnt look stock anymore, and 25 bucks later, bam, NEW WHEELS!
