1. Obtain cabin air filter and remove it from the package.
2. Smack self on forehead for having paid so much for a simple piece of pleated paper.
3. Open glovebox door.
4. Squeeze sides of glovebox inward slightly, at the rearmost edge.
5. Watch in amazement as glovebox comes loose and its contents spill onto passenger floor.
6. Shrug.
7. Open rectangular plastic door found behind glovebox.
8. Remove grody old filter and replace it with new filter. (Optional: smack self on forehead over price one more time.)
9. Replace glovebox.
10. Replace contents of glovebox, minus Heath Bar that looks like it has been in there since the Mesozoic Era.
11. Close glovebox door.
12. Congratulate self by eating Heath Bar.
