hey guys I've been a lurker on these forums for a few weeks now but finally registered. Anyways this thread is of interest to me since I recently bought a mugen shift knob from ebay. Everywhere I looked they were around 90 to 100 dollars, but I found one that was only 40 dollars. I assumed it was cheaper because it was used or something, since I know very little about car parts . Anyways, when it came I looked online and found that the packaging is different from the original mugen packaging. The one I have only has the japanese symbols, while the genuine one has the name "mugen" also. It seems fine though, what are the disadvantages of having a replica? Also, is mine a replica? I doubt the seller will let me return it because of that, even though he made it sound like it was real in the discription...
