It's not a standard cost and is completely negotiable. Don't even put that into your calculations when you are figuring your OTD price. Some dealers load it up with all kinds of crap you don't need and mark it up, but just ignore any "options" they have installed, you didn't want it and it's not your problem that they added it.

Don't work from MSRP down, find out the invoice price for your car and work from that number UP. Then calculate invoice + freight + taxes = OTD. Dealers still make profit even selling at invoice due to holdback, etc.
