considering using durAlt CFC

Anyone here has experience or knowledge regarding durAlt CFC?
Polar Molecular Corporation | DurAltŪ CFC Gasoline
DurAlt FC-Gasoline 2 oz (16 Bottle Case)

It appears to me that among the mostly useless or even harmful fuel additive products, this one may have a chance of being useful.

The benefits claimed:
-increased fuel economy
-decrease in emissions
-reduces deposits
-reduces octane requirement
-reduces engine maintenance required

Test Data

They claim to have many big name partners like Ford Motor and Total Fina Elf, but I have not been able to verify this, except that Harley-Davidson really does market a Genuine Fuel Additive Formulated with Duralt Fuel Compound

They also claim that their products are used in big vehicle fleets, but I have not seen them name any actual customers.

So what do you guys think?

Here are my current thoughts regarding the claimed benefits:
* 8% to 15% increase in fuel economy improvement
I have found essentially no independent evidence to support this claim. Given that most claims of this sort are false, I'd tend to believe this claim to be false.

* Reduces combustion chamber deposits (CCDs)
* Reduces octane number required (ONR), 3-5 numbers
* Up to 20% decrease in engine maintenance
Some of these claims are supported by claimed letters from Total Fina Elf and Ford Motor. I have no idea whether these letters are real. But there are well-known ways to reduce deposits and reduce octane number required. So I would tend to believe these claims. The question in my mind is whether these benefits can be realized when added to modern retail gasoline which already have detergents to reduce deposits. (The product was originally designed to work with poor quality diesel.) Might the result even be harmful because there is too much detergent action when added to gasoline that already have good detergent action?
