nice one of a kind build , so leonine are you using a smaller pulley to get your power other than internals bore size and camupgrades? just curious with the whole max impeller speeds configuring what the 15-60c can be pushed to with out destroying it think its rated to 200 or so hp if only making 60-70 extra on stock at 10psi dose it really take 120-130 to spin it up feel theirs more to give

Thanks. The 15-60 is rated at close to 240hp on the rotrex tech sheet. Pulleys are the same as the original kit. I am using 2 blowers so I am hoping to be in the 280-320hp range.

But whatever the numbers I will be happy. The motor is built to last and rated at much higher numbers than that.

Lots of pics up on their FB page but here's a few I saved to my phone.

Do you know if he will sell intake manifold or even the flanges? I tried emailing with no luck, maybe they are out racing.

I'm sure they wish they were out racing. As far as I know they are trying to get my car finished as it has been taking up a bay for a year now. Your best bet is to message them through Facebook.

the engine is in, exhaust, axles and brakes are done. Last I spoke they had to remake some of the intercooler piping due to clearance issues with the radiator reservoir bottle. Also relocated the oil filter.

once that is done they need to route all of the lines for rotrex oil and coolant. Went with braided line and fittings instead of hose and clamp. Then extend the wiring harness to reach the intake manifold.

then start this be bitch up for God's sake and tune!!!! He is not mass producing any of this stuff as the demand is not high bit he will make it. Tell Greg that Brian referred you if you are interested.

the manifold won't be cheap but it is worth it in my opinion. Weapon R charged like 600+ if I recall for a piece of shit sheet metal manifold (I lined up to buy it) and while it made gains it cracked from shitty design under high boost.

the manifold I have will cost more and you will have to extend wires but it is a work of art. My opinion although others may disagree which is fine.

some more pics attached. Going to drive out soon as I have not seen her for a long while.

No good pics of the TB yet. It is directly under the manifold. The oem fam and shroud was removed and replaced with a higher output one.

the wires needed to be extended to the throttle body but it turned into a major rewire because the builder wanted to tuck everything out of the way.

so still waiting...last I heard a week or so ago he only has to rewire the harness for the ID injectors (not using the honda to ID connectors I guess he wanted it clean). Everything else is done.

I assume that has been done by now so it should be a couple of weeks (I hope) to break in the engine properly and tune.

it's been so long (15 months) I have lost most of the enthusiasm of this build. Hopefully that will be restored when I finally pick it up.

From the looks of their other work, the results should not disappoint! The front mount intercooler is MASSIVE and menacing! Love it.
