i know manny i know lol. I just installed them today! to be honest, i didn't feel much more gains but i do feel more pull in the midrange like 3500-5000. I bet i'll feel a lot more once i get a b-pipe. =]

naw man you need a test pipe ASAP... other wise any shorty header you get will yeild next to no gains
toy yoda i like your write up dude props... but umm i would probably go for the megan header because of the power even though there are some few flaw with it... but where i live i def. need it the power

I've never used the weapon r header so I don't know the performance gains personally. As for the dc header, I was VERY impressed. Lots of torque gain. I'd go with that one
i'm surprised to find only 2 threads on this header, it seems to be a very good one!
Been searching for good prices for this header and seeing 260-300 +shipping.
wanted to know if this is CARB legal / exempt header?
I am reading that most of the DC headers are 50 state legal, but just wanted to make sure this one will have a sticker or something stating its carb legal.
anybody know?
Thanks!
EDIT: Update: I found out that it is still pending CARB exempt. so at the moment it's not CARB legal.

Reason: CARB exempt pending
Really? The DC Sports headers aren't CARB exempt yet? Aww... I am seriously thinking about getting it. I wonder how it will sound? My setup is: Injen CAI and Tanabe Medalion Touring exhaust.

D.C has a good reputation and from what I've read here it makes the kind of power that makes for a more driver friendly car.... Sounds like a winner to me.
Me too but did anyone see a dyno graph of one in action..?? It seems like the A-Spec only picks up significant HP\TQ from something like 5k and up... The T1R seems to gain a lot from 3.5k and then fall to it's face at some thing like 6k... Can we combine both to have a product that will give significant HP from 3K 'till Fuel Cut? :P
My car is Automatic (Unfortunately!) so any gains in torque at the lowest revs are sure to gain my heart!!
i have both dc header and weapon R street header and i compared the piping size.. the weapon R has about 1.5" piping and the dc header is a little bit bigger than stock header piping, but the dc has better exhaust flow design than stock. I haven't tried dc header on my car yet bc i'm using the weapon R right now.. on my AT.. and so far i'm liking it. I think using the weapon R header with a muffler and all that would have way better results, but i'm not at that stage yet.. only one i'm willing to try is the discontinued t1r V.I.P lol
I think using the dc header with stock exhasut might yield some better torque.
