Skunk2 rattle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Skunk2 cat back is making a buzzing noise at certain RPM's, im running weapon-r race header and i know it pushed the exhaust back but theres no rubbing on anything when looked at the exhaust piping, Now my last conclusion was me knocking on the exhaust tip and there came the buzz from the skunk2 badge, I was thinking on putting jb weld or exhaust weld behind the badge. What do you guy's think i shoul do and no im not taking the badge off lol BTW I had the cat back for over 4k miles

or can you wedge or shim some metal strips (or washers) behind the emblem to make the rattling stop? might be easier...

I found out what it was its the baffle in the can, some how it gets enough vibration to rattle, I contacted skunk2 and they said its only covered for a year and its been over. I always took good care of it it still looks as new when i first bought it even with no scratches. Theres a place down here called DT performance and they suck!!!! any time i need something or anything done they say they cant do it, I exactly know what to do to fix the problem i just have to find a good welder. I also have another thought I would like to cut mu exhaust off and weld on a apexi ws 2

That is easily done, like you said you just need to find a good welder.

wow this is weird. Mine started buzzing about a week ago, but it's only upon startup, sometimes it doesn't even do it. And if I put my foot on top of the tip, it will stop.

Maybe you should take a lokk the inside of the muffler and see if the baffle broke off or not. Also, check the hangers and see if they are fine or not.
