UK JAZZ Radio model

I'm looking into adding a sony CD Changer to my '04 UK spec Jazz.
The adapter I'm looking at using is called a HONS3 and is compatible with the following Haed Units:

Head Unit: Manufactured by Matsushita Panasonic or Pioneer. Models include: 1SA3, 1SC1, 3YA1, 3YCB, 3YC0, 3YN0, 631DWL 639TA, T828A

Does anyone know what haed units are fitted to '04 UK Jazz?

I've looked everywhere for a sticker and also tried the trick of holding down the #1 and #6 button while turining it on. My manual just say's I have a B type radio fitted!

Anyone? Please Help!

Have you removed the radio? I think you can tell by the plug on the back of the radio, but I'm not sure what plug is what. I think that you can match the plug from the adapter to the plug on the radio from the picture on the PAC website.
