GE8 projector anyone?
Hiya Fitfreaks,

Has anyone here installed this:

on ur GE8 by any chance?

Coz I am really into it atm.

If some of you have done it, could you kindly give some feedbacks?

You get what you pay for. No name projectors, in a non oem headlight. It will look like crap. It will probably get water inside and condensate. Wont be as bright as real projectors. Just pay for the real retrofit if you want performance. Heres mine.






There are Infiniti FX35 bi-xenon projector with a TSX clear lens and color modification. Mini gun shrouds in an OEM housing painted low gloss black.

wow very nice retrofit sir qb. How has it been working so far?

What bulb do u have to go with it? Is it brighter than the OEM setup?

How much did you get it for ur ride?



Oh yeah and about the non OEM product I showed on the site, is it realy that bad? I saw a brand named DEPO which manufactures the thing and it seems to be the only brand i could find out there. (aside from the OEM I suppose). But there is no OEM ones for these things isn't there?

Or someone has really had a bad experience with the product?

Came with the phillips 85122+ bulb. Its an OEM bulb. Its waaaay brighter than the stock setup and any plug and play HID kit on the market. Theres NOTHING like a real retrofit. Total cost was about $1000 usd for parts and labor.

I am using the OEM housing. Just paint the reflector housing black and insert the projector. Everything in my car is 100% OEM. You just have to get it custom made and custom fitted.
