Mugen Shift Boot/09 OEM Shift Knob

I haven't seen this combo yet. I wanted everything in blue so I forked about $85 for the Mugen leather shift boot with blue stitching and the knob is a leather '09 Fit OEM piece with blue stitching that I bought from Majestic Honda.

Install was real easy as the OEM accordian rubber boot pulls out easily revealing the tab slots that the Mugen boot presses into. No need to remove the console though if you did you could bend the tabs down so the boot wouldn't pull out at all.

I'll say this, the Mugen boot is thin and $20 would probably be a fair marked-up price. $85 is a butt-reaming. Wouldn't buy it again at that price (but I had to have blue). The shift knob is a quality piece (as you'd expect for OEM Honda) but still pricey.

My photography leaves something to be desired.
