HKS set up 5 lbs. boost 30HP on the wheel gain right out from the box
-Stock Fit dyno on the wheel is 78HP
-with Intake is 83HP
-HKS Turbo Kit 107HP with Factory Exhaust
-with drop exhaust and factory downpipe 115HP
Also car is not fully tuned yet, its using the HKS self learning blue box.
30HP might not seem a lot but for the small motor of the fit, this is enough. Is not a K but you will still feel the difference and guarantee you will have fun.

How do you know its slow? He didnt post track times...
HKS Kit are design to be street legal , Unlike the T1r kit the HKS uses a waste gate to be carb approve. ( if I'm not mistaken the T1r is open wastegate)
There are different ways on measuring the HP.
Car and Driver measured the HP of the stock Fit to be 107HP. We measured it on our Dyno and got 75HP on the wheel. This might answer the question why the number of the HP is low.
The kit itself give 30% HP increase without tuning it.
Yes, NJ needs more Fit Tuners

You keep things for the Fit in stock. I of course am not planning a turbo kit (yet).
