Will these Rota RB's fit?

I really want these yellow Rota RB's for my blue Fit, but the offset is only +30.

eBay Motors: 15" Rota RB 4 x 100 yellow Miata Honda Civic (item 200096526082 end time Aug-31-07 14:30:25 PDT)

They are 15" X 7".

Would these work OK without any clearance issues?
