Thumbs up Great experience with Zeta Products!

I am not sure if I jinxed myself or not but either way it turned out OK.

I responded to a post in this thread (post # 13, hmmm)

Saying that Zeta Products sounds like they have great customer service and that I would do business with them. Little did I know they would be put to the test on my order.
I ordered a tonneau cover on a Sunday. It arrived on Wednesday (to Illinois) which I thought was exceptionally quick. When I went to put it on I noticed it was 1/2" too short to catch in the rear catches. I tried it every which way and it just didn't fit. I contacted Angelo and he apologized and sent me a prepaid UPS return tag. I sent it back and had a new one by the following Thursday. Fit perfect!
Like I said in the "Bad Service" thread, sometimes stuff happens, I realize that, but it is how you handle it and Angelo handled it perfectly! I would definitely not hesitate to do business with them in the future.

Keep up the great customer service!

Thanks again,
t

No problem. I feel people / companies should be praised for doing a good job and you don't hear enough about that on the "net", just about the bad experiences.

Thanks for the rep!

I'll throw in my experience with Zeta too since it has been nothing but good. I bought a dead pedal and door sills from them. When they arrived I got the dead pedal on fine but was having trouble getting the rear sills on right. I emailed Angelo and he shipped me out a new set of sills with more tape the next day.

All in all, got the sills on right and was quite happy with the experience. Now I just got a billet oil cap from them and everything went smoothly.
