Thumbs Up for customer service by Zeta Products!

Hi all,

Just wanted to let people know that Angelo at Zeta Products really takes care of his customers.

I ordered a Zeta Honda Fit hood deflector for my wife's 2008 Fit for Christmas. When it arrived a week before Christmas, I simply wrapped the box it came in with Christmas wrap and never examined the contents until my wife opened it on Christmas day. Turns out that one end edge was chipped/cracked off.

I called Zeta Products shortly after Christmas and spoke with Angelo. He was very courteous and apologized for the situation. He asked that I send the hood deflector back to him with a brief note stating what had happened and he would send me a new one.

Angelo stayed true to his word and the hood deflector has arrived in perfect condition.

Just wanted to let folks considering a purchase with Zeta Products to know that they will be doing business with a company that values their customers.

Again, thank you Angelo!
