I'm new to this forum thing and I've only had my Fit for two weeks. I ordered a hood deflector from Zeta Products, they processed and shipped the order the same day. The deflector showed up the very next day. It came with the wrong installation instructions so I e-mailed them that morning. The responded back that same morning and attached the correct instructions. I called them back because once I had the right instructions I realized I was missing a part. I called once and spoke to a actual person who solved my problem right away. It was the best costomer service experience I've ever had on the web.
