NOVA, DC, MD Meet??

Of course I would. My Fit isn't for showing, but I will have a million, OK a thousand questions for all of you. It is too bad we now have to pay for parking unless there is some vacant, undeveloped lot somewhere on the property, but National Harbor might be a fun place to meet.

OK well I am out of town from the 30th to the 15th of Aug. If you guys wanted to do something I would be in for the evening of the 27th. I dont know if I would be down with the pub crawl or anything but def down for a few drinks at National Harbor.
I would be available after 6pm on the 27th.... Should we plan something?
BurntZ, It was cool meeting you as well looking forward to chatting and helping out with any questions regarding your fit.

I vote for later in August.
As for the water spots on my side windows, I discovered after looking at your tinted windows today Snowman that I definitely DO NOT have tinted windows. The spots are hard water spots that have been on there many, many years. I already tried a paste of vinegar and baking soda, but as is posted on another site, the two seem to cancel each other out. I did get some of it off, but not all. I will now try the vinegar first, let sit for 30 minutes, then rub on the baking soda. I'll report back on my success or lack thereof.

Water Spot Removal on Glass
Here's what I used to get the spots off:
Rub on vinegar with a dish scrubby and let sit for 30 minutes.
With same scrubby, rub on lemon juice and rinse off.
Dry windows and repeat if necessary.
If it appears most of the spots are gone, with the same scrubby, rub on stove top cleaner (Cerabrite) and let sit for 15 minutes.
Take a clean towel (one you want to throw away) and rub the heck out of the window to get the dried/caked on stove top cleaner off.
Your windows should be virtually spot free.
I cannot believe how much rubbing I did to get these spots off. With all the acid rain, I have never seen spots that would not come off. The windows look a heck of a lot better.

Well my BC's are being drop shipped overseas so I'm still waiting. Not sure yet , I got new wheels AV12 (LM REPS) 16x8 +15.. but I'm not sure if I want to stay with that due to me needing to roll my fenders. I want to drop it at least 2.5-3. AKSNOWMAN come to PTUNING (since I work here) maybe I can get you a deal. We would have to quote you first on what you want done.
