1999 Model UK Accord - display lights
Can anyone give pointers as to how to replace the backlights on the
climate control display/clock for the UK model of the 1999 Accord SE
Executive?
They've both blown now, and I can't figure out how to get at 'em!

measly $5.00. Well GUESS WHAT!!?. Within 7 days, I started getting
money in my PayPal account! I was shocked! I figured it would end soon,
but the money just kept coming in. In my first week, I made about
$20.00. By the end second week I had made a total over $1,200.00! In
the third week I had over $10,000.00 and it's still growing. This is
now my fourth week and I have made a total of just over $36,000.00 and

Use google.com to find an accord owner's forum, then find the 'remove
your stereo' PDF files. that's step one, and the rest you can figure out
once the stereo is out. Your dealer will sell you the lamps ahead of
time, but if they are the little ones that look like the tip of a
mercury-filled oral thermometer, walk away and get them from a 'car
parts shop' for 1/10th the price. Get the dealer to print out the parts
sheet for you anyway.:-)

your stereo' PDF files. that's step one, and the rest you can figure out
once the stereo is out. Your dealer will sell you the lamps ahead of
time, but if they are the little ones that look like the tip of a

Thanks,
However, removing the stereo isn't a problem - the Bose system has already
been upgraded once, to it only takes a minute to whip it out!
What's confusing me is the Climate Control unit above the stereo seems to be
a sealed unit. It's probably a simple matter to get it out and get at the
bulbs if you know how, but I don't really want to risk forcing it without
being sure of what I'm doing :-(
