I got the book e-mail also, weird... I don't get what the "book" spammer gets out of it.... doesn't look like there's any hijack scripts or anything... whois doesn't help much either. Seems like a really inefficient way to promote a book... I guess it could be the work of bots....

We got another spammer in the form of user Welcome. If yhe coudl be terminated with extreme prejudice, that would be great. (buh bye Welcome)

theres some serious spamming going on..theres a few threads about cellular BS and i just got a mysterious pm just now...i didn't bother opening it.

time for some banning

We are working to get these users banned. Just delete the PMs in the mean time. Thanks guys.

It seems like they have a bot working those spam PM's because they are coming out at a really really fast pace. Also, all stupid cell phone posts have been removed.
