Spam / phish PM?
Anyone else here get a PM from someone they didn't know, asking you to review a book or some such bidnih? I remember this happening awhile back, under a different pretense.
This one says:

Sorry for PMing out of the blue. Here's the thing.

I wrote a book with a friend of mine. My husband keeps saying it sucks. I think he's just jealous tho.

He spends a lot of time on these boards, so I told him I'm going to pick a random person here, and ask them, and we ended up betting on it.

So go to http://books.fartknocker.com/asylum/asylum_chapter1_b.clownpenis.fart

and make the call. Does it suck?

I apologize if this is covered somewhere else. I deleted the PM. I also changed some of the URL so the Phisherman wouldn't get any feedback. I guess.

i cliked that link and saw the page then closed it because i thought it'd be one of those things where a monster's face pops up and a huge scream is let loose. is my computer infected with something now? or did i just get my identity stolen? sh*t am i screwed?

OMG your post just made me laugh lol. I was worrying the same thing too lol. I hope my Comp is ok. Oh **** this sucks, now I'm worried! +_O

BTW, I feel cheated. I too thought I was special. =-(
