Trouble uploading pic for my signature

I checked the file size and pixels...they are both under the limits but yet it wont upload. It just says, "Unable to save picture."

Here's the pic im trying to save. What to do?

That may be because it's an incorrect file type. Go to photoshop or paint or what ever you have and save it as a JPEG file and presto new signature.

Nope must be something messed up. I tried using a photo under the limits in Jpeg from my computer NOPE then after putting it into photobucket NOPE. something must be messed up in the system.

Yeah, that method didnt work. So I just pasted [IMG] then direct link then [/img] into the signature body and that seemed to work.

Tried to do the [img] on the signiture body and all I get is a link... if I try to upload my signiture, it says invalid URL... someone please kindly take a look into it =\
