I guess I didn't tighten down the plug enough?

Cylinder 1 and 2 coils look like this
Car runs ok, small intermittent stutter at idle but fine otherwise.
I just replaced the plugs but if the old ones were not tight enough they were like than for 50k miles.
Just did a valve lash adjustment... Exhaust was all too tight.
3 and 4 still look brand new.

Ive seen people quoting 20ft lb but I couldn't find any official documentation (at least that I can access). I did find this TSB for the 08 accords that mentions 16ft lbs and thats what I went with (https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/20...42434-9999.pdf) page 13.
I would first try replacing the boots of the coils (part number NGK 59024) and cleaning the bottom of the coils. Some videos on youtube show this whole procedure.

The plugs I pulled all looked the same and honestly looked fine, but I hope I'll never have to do anything with them every again having replaced with NGK iridium at 177k
