Just take it to a mechanic or the dealership if you don't know where the fuse is your best bet would just to let a professional do it.

Do you have LED tail lights?

If you have any CEL of any kind, usually the cruise won't work.

Also, if the fuse was out, he wouldn't get the "cruise main" light.

Faulty ECU? It still could be possible that another fuse would used to provide the set point.

You could do what I did and put 69k miles on a civic without working cruise

Well if yours is USDM ... there is no cruise fuse. The DBW, remember? The ECU controls the throttle body ALL the time, just when you put it in cruise it ignores the go pedal and relies on the speedo input.

Something in your setup is making the ECU unhappy.

edit: aah mitsketa. British Colombia. That's still DBW isn't it?

Having a turbo voids warranty on the cruise control parts?
Have you at least tried to take it in?

IIRC, certain LED tail lights will cause the cruise to stop working. In essence, the system thinks that the brakes are applied and shuts off the cruise. The solution is to install a diode on the hot lead so the voltage will only flow in one direction... I'm certain that there is something about it on this forum or Honda-tech somewhere. In any case, I've read about this complaint in conjunction with LED tail lights on more than one occasion.
