Snow in the LA area is pretty rare, but it will snow in higher altitudes, like the San Gabriel mountains, etc. Palmdale is high desert, and once in awhile you get snow. Believe it or not, we actually get snow in the Phoenix area, but in the outskirts, where the elevation is higher. Never lasts more than a few days. I grew up in LA and now live in Phoenix, so snow has always been that white stuff I see in photos, except for my last year in the Air Force, in Great Falls, Montana. That is serious snow!

Summer's right around the corner, brother!
(Always look on the bright side of life...Monty Python : )

The only reason I dis-favor snow is because its harder to drive my rear-wheel drive E-350 in it, and I need to work 5 days a week.

Like the Blizzaks I got for the Fit, I'd better think about new rubber for the other truck.

Just got an inspection and 4/32-6/32 tread depth ain't that great for traction!

There goes 600± bucks!
