wheel size impact

It appears that bigger wheels are desired

Can someone explain the difference in ride quality between a 14" and a 15" wheelset?

it isnt the rim, as much as the tire size. tires can be thought as the 5th spring/shock. the thinner the profile of the tire, the worse the ride
