you want that little window to be functional.

just letting you know before you runover some children or crash into a car at a 4 way intersection.

I'm pretty sure if you tint that window you'll get a CEL, and you'll have to go to advanced auto to check the code.

i definatly agree with this, but even i dont use that window much, but im sure, when i need to see through that window, ill be glad it aint a wall. juss saying, you never know when you need it. plus if you get that tinted 5% and the driver/front window is like 20% or more, it wont look right =\

I have mine tinted 10% since I never use those windows. If you're worried about the law, don't, because there's no way to check how dark the tint is on those since they can't get their tester around the pillar.

I wouldn't tint the little windows too dark because they come in handy when your turning at an intersect and there is a high curb on its corner.

I did the same thing and frankly I never look through those windows. My friend has decals in each of the windows b/c he doesn't use them either and they're tinted limo tint as well.

If you use them, that's all good for you. For those that don't use them just tint them and decorate them!

peace,

alright ill throw some 5% on theme. Due to the laws here in NJ my front window are not tinted at all so it wont look bad with the back tinted and the two little front ones blacked out. Thanks for all your help guys!

Also as for using the window my seat is all the way back as I'm rather tall and I can't see much of anything through those windows. If I was hugging the steering wheel I could see them coming in handy.

Speaking from a professional driver's standpoint: If you are using those little tiny 'afterthought' windows to spot obstacles in intersections or when turning, you aren't looking far enough ahead in the first place. I can't see anything useful in them, myself. Remember the Five Keys to Space Cushion Driving

Keep Your Eyes Moving
Aim High In Steering
Get The Big Picture
Make Sure They See You
Leave Yourself An Out

Get this: The average person only looks (at most) 80 feet ahead of them when they are walking. They also only look that far ahead when driving. At 70mph, you're traveling 102 feet per second, and it takes 3/4 of a second for your brain to tell your foot to hit the brakes measured from the time you spot a hazard. Scary, huh?

blind a-pillar crashes are pretty frequent than you think.
just a matter of time for you.

i dont use that little window all the time. but it does come in
handy at times. so i know it's functional.

im not telling anyone wat to do. just my experience that it's
there for a reason.

Yeah that little ****ing window is pointless. you know what I do? I use the bigger ****ing window. you know? the ones that can do up and down? for the driver's side small window i cant see how of it when im sitting back and everything. that window is jus there so u can stick decals on it.
