I think I have a problem...

I lowered my Fit about three weeks ago on some Tein's and I put on a Progress Rear Sway Bar. The problem that i'm having is that when I go over a bump while moving under 20 mph, I hear this creeking sound come from the rear. The instructions said to let the springs settle for a couple days, but its been three weeks and the noise is still coming from the rear. I was wondering if anybody else had this issue, and if so is it normal or is maybe the sway bar hitting something or there's something wrong wit the springs? Please help me out!

Thanks,
HP

My cars on Teins but no rear sway... But, I did put a Progress rear sway on my buddies EP3 with eibachs and that thing creeked alot. In fact it snapped the end-links. We installed it upside down, make sure it's in right.

Did you put the rubber spring cups back in? Did you install everything at once?

Like above, it is most likely the sway bar giving you the noise.

^^ yeh, manxman is correct. the bolt heads or nuts that
are sandwiched between the spring and spring carrier are too big.
progressive's hardward are for stock spring or their lower spring kit.

the springs are either getting pushed into the spring carrier
while compressing due to the bolt heads, or if you did use the
correct panducky hardware and still get the noise, you need
to turn the spring until it does not rub the spring carrier.

the noise is 99.99999% coming from the spring rubbing
against the spring carrier.

Any updates on what it was? Or if you fixed the issue?
