Have you tried looking at the color code on your drivers side door frame?

You could try ExpressPaint.com -can't remember what sizes they carry but I think they have all the Honda-Acura colors. Just look up your color code on your car like CuTeBoi said.

Paint code for Milano Red is R81. You can get quantities of paint at any auto body and paint supply. Don't forget that you'll probably need more than paint. You will also likely need primer, reducer, catalyst, etc. A good supply store will tell you what you'll need. Many of the paints on the market are sold as a 'system' instead of having to mix and match.

The part came with a good primer on it looks like it needs just a coat of paint and what ever else needs to be done. I'm not to sure what I'm not experienced with body work.

If you don't know what type of primer is on the part, you may be best off sanding it down and starting fresh. Likely it won't present any issues but some paints and primers can be incompatible, leaving you with paint that lifts off in a short time.
