I'd like to replace my blades (hopefully not the whole assembly, just the rubber blades) on my '08 Sport.

1) What sizes for all three? (24, 16 and 14")?

2) What brands are recommended?

3) What online source is recommended?

well if your talking about refills, i don't think you can put anything else but OEM... if that's the case they're really cheap at your honda dealer... except for the rear one wiper, i've been told that it was 30 bucks and i found exactly the same wiper at a local auto store for less than 7$...
If you want to buy complete blades, i currently have bosch icons, but IMO they're not such a big improvement over stocks... next time i change them, i might choose PIAA forza hybrid silicone :P mainly because i have to deal with cold weathers and rubber seems to have problems in these conditions...

 

go to the dealer cause the 07 and 08 use different types...they usually give you the wrong one so take yours into the parts department to match.

here are the part numbers:
76622-SLN-A11 driver side for 08
76632-STK-A01 passengers side for 08.

 

I got my wiper blade inserts from College Hills Honda.

 

go to your local honda dealership it will cost you 11 dollars for both blades lol not rocket science
