What does the GD stand for in GD 01-08?

What does the GD stand for in GD 01-08?
And then to follow that ... what does GE stand for?

well it is the chassis code of your vehicle. They are also the forth and fith digits of your vehicles vin number.

they are manufacturer model numbers in the Fit series.
