It's weird how the US had white in 2007 but not in 2008. Here in Canada, white was not available in 2007 but was here for 2008. I wanted a white one because I really liked the pics I seen on this website. Since white was not offered, Honda Canada had satin silver. (This silver is much lighter than storm silver)

By the time I was ready to buy in 2007, there were no silver sports with a 5 speed around my region. They were waiting for the new 2008's. I found out that they dropped the satin silver color for white. So the wait was worth it. I bought my white 5 speed sport in Feb 2008. It just passed 30,000 miles.

TWB, white and silver (beige also but not a Fit color) are great colors if you're not a clean-freak and don't lose sleep ove a spec of dirt on your sides every now and then.

I think I read somewhere on here that Honda was goin' to discontinue BBP
Does anybody know if there is any truth to that
I do notice that I have not seen any of the new models with that color. Why would they stop making such a beautiful color other than the fact that you'd have to be a squeeky clean freak to keep it's shine on..

I got my 2008 fit about 3 weeks ago. I was looking for a silver fit in 5 M/T. I ended up settling on white but after my purchase I think I'm happier with the white. It looks so fresh with tints.

I can't wait to add a nice set of after market Rims. Probably be black ones with a red trim.

I wanted silver. I am soon-to-be the owner of a Blackberry Pearl '09. I wonder if the color is too dark and will get too hot in the summer? No new ones to be had in this area. Used are going for more than the new ones (because, of course, there are none... supply and demand and all that). So, I saw this deal and just figured I'd have to deal with the color. I sure hope it won't be hard to keep her lookin' good...

Wanted white/black interior. And when the orders came we had one on order(like Chris i worked at the dealership). And then Honda switched the white to a tan interior. Manuals were very limited back in 06 so Sivler it was. REALLY wanted the JDM yellow.

Well being I bought mine used at a good price for the items I wanted I didnt get a color choice. If I did I would have not chosen burnt penny but I am happy enough with the car that I dont hate the color.

The BBP has been discontinued. I am part of an elite group to rock the best color Honda put on the FiT.
However, my true desire (at time of purchase) was for the BOM. My wife said she would not drive and orange car. and now she says she like the color.
I would not trade the BBP, she's too beautiful will all the color flecks that make up the paint (you cannot appreciate the color unless you have seen it freshly polished in person).

When looking for a GD3 early this spring, I was only seriously considering TW or SSM, with a preference to TW. As a daily driver I wanted a colour that was easy to maintain (ie., where scratches, etc was harder to see). Due to available supply, storm silver was much easier to come by. Love my GD3. Although not my first choice of colour, I am quite happy with my SSM.

Wanted white and ended up with silver. I loved my SSM but a lady backed up into my door, soooo I had it painted teal.

I love my BBP Fit! I hate trying to keep it clean! The color is why I bought the Fit in the first place, so I am happy with it in some ways.

2nd choice was VBP, which was discontinued in 2008. I came close to buying one but someone beat me to it.

Now I have come to like Tidewater Blue, it's a lovely color and rare, even more rare than BBP around here. It's popular with young Asian guys, for some reason.

And I never understood white cars, but I'd drive a white Fit.

I have VBP and love it. I bought it new in 2008 and had to drive over an hour away to get it. The only other colors in my area at the time were neutral and I knew I didn't want that.

I have BBP and wished I had bought VBP... really, I'd take almost any other color than the BOM because the Honda paint is so soft that the black tends to show swirls and holograms pretty easily.
